Please complete the form in full and mail it to the Marlborough Arts Center (including class fee, if applicable) at 231 North Main Street, Marlborough, CT 06447. Registration is “first come, first served” – please be sure to register early!
Important Policies
Please make note of our class policies below. When registering for a class either online or via mail, registrants agree to and acknowledge MAC’s policies.
- Class and General Information: Please see individual class postings for more information, including required materials and teacher biographies. Unless otherwise specified, classes are held in the classroom in the lower level of the Arts Center. We have a kitchenette and restrooms with handicap access. Ample parking is provided in our private lot.
- Registration: Deposits and class tuition will be refunded if a class is canceled by the Arts Center. Withdrawals from class may occur up to one week before class begins. A $25.00 withdrawal fee will be deducted from the student’s refund. When signing up for a class, registrants agree to pay the class tuition in full, even if classes span multiple session and the student may miss a class; classes are NOT pro-rated.
- Confirmations: Confirmations are not mailed/emailed. Assume you are registered unless otherwise notified.
- Make-Up Classes: Classes canceled by the Arts Center will be rescheduled. There will be no makeup classes for those missed by the student.
- Students 18 and Younger: Children must be dropped off and picked up no more than 15 minutes before the start and after the end of class. After 15 minutes beyond the end of class, parents will be charged at the rate of $15.00 per half hour or part thereof.
- Students with Disabilities: The Marlborough Arts center is a handicap accessible building. If special accommodations are needed, please call 860-467-6353.
