Children will be encouraged to interact with the instructor and classmates while creating masterpieces based on story books and paintings by famous artists.
Mini MAC Art Classes was created by Holly Marrero as a way to blend two of her passions. Her love of teaching and her love of art. Holly holds an AAS in Graphic Design and a BS in Art Education and was an art teacher for over 15 years, working with toddlers, pre-school, elementary and middle school aged children. Holly’s creative path took her to working with the elderly and she decided to blend her past work experience with this new found passion and incorporated art as a way to foster confidence and creativity with seniors with dementia. Now her path has come full circle and she is excited to work with children once more.
Mini MAC art classes is the place where art and fun meet. She will encourage our mini artists to fully explore their creativity through different techniques, methods, and mediums. She passionately believes that there is no right or wrong way to express yourself through art and will foster an environment where young artists can feel free to explore their own imagination and creativity.
Price is 20.00 per class Please contact the Marlborough Art Center at 860-467-6353 to sign up.
