exhibit, you will be immersed in Mexican tradition, music, and items for sale.
The Artists Reception Mexican Dinner ($10) will be held on October 16
from 6-8 pm.
Families can actively participate in the essence of this unique and joyful
event by bringing tokens of remembrance or a photo(copy) of loved ones to
be celebrated, and placing them on the beautifully authentic “Altare”, which
will be fully decorated with colorful flowers and other Mexican “Ofrenda”.
We hope our Altare will grow in beauty and meaning as the activities
throughout October culminate on the afternoon/evening of Nov. 1, when we
will have appetizers, Mariachi Music and an outdoor candlelight procession.
We are very excited to be offering this multicultural event and hope that all
area families will visit often on the weekend afternoons October 10 to
November 8 and enjoy the many activities provided.
