The Marlborough Arts Center is pleased to welcome back the Modern Riffs as the highlight of their 4th Friday @ the Arts Cafe on March 25, 2016 at 231 North Main Street in Marlborough, CT. The program will conclude with music from current artists such as Adele and Maroon 5 –with some country rock from Martina McBride along the way. This will mark the final regular performance at the Marlborough Arts Center for 3 graduating seniors: saxophonists Alyson Litwin & Ryan Litwin of Colchester, and lead vocalist Brianna Tracy from Hebron . The group has over twenty alumni since its founding in 2009, many of whom have pursued music professionally, including Marlborough keyboardist Matt Angelo (recently graduated as a performance major from Western CT State University) who will be returning to support graduating senior Ryan Masotti of Marlborough, who will be away at a college audition that evening.. The other musicians are saxophonist Dawson Bertrand, trombonist Garrett Masotti, trumpeter Aaron Ouellette, drummer Jacob Ouellette, and guitarist Jesse Kirsch.
